All of us become shipwrecked at some point in our lives, lost and uncertain of a direction. If we are fortunate, like he did for Paul, God will provide a shelter from the storm by lifting us off the rocks. That refuge is a time for self-reflection and acceptance. It may also be a turning point, that moment when we commit to give back. How? By connecting with and fulfilling our purpose in this life. And as we do, we just may lift up another’s life.
